Breath Meditation for More Energy with Rise Shoti Maa tea

Posture: Sit in a meditative posture, such as cross-legged, with a straight spine. Gently tuck your chin towards your chest and lift your chest.

Mudra (hand position): Rest your hands on your knees.

Breathing: Close your eyes and focus on inhaling and exhaling through your nose with concentration. Now, divide your breath into eight equal parts. Exhale through your nose in a deep and powerful breath. Take a deep breath and hold it for 3 to 5 seconds, then exhale. Next, take a deep breath and hold it for 10 seconds while rolling your shoulders. Finally, exhale forcefully. Take a deep breath and this time circle your shoulders as fast as you can. Exhale and relax. Dividing your breath into eight parts will help you connect with your breath.

Time: Set aside 11 minutes to recharge and release tension.

Then, enjoy a cup of Rise tea to regain your composure and feel confident and clear.
