Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative position, such as cross-legged, with a straight spine. Close your eyes.
Mudra (hand position): Place your right hand on your face and put the heel of your right hand under your cheekbones. Lightly press your cheekbones with your hand while letting your head rest in your hand. Leave your left hand on your lap.
Breathing: Relax more and more with each breath, taking long, deep breaths.
Time: Take 3 minutes on each side to actively relax and release before sleeping.
