Relax in everyday life: find your peace!

Sometimes all it takes is a little break to regain your balance. Plan a few minutes of quiet time: close your eyes, breathe in and out slowly and deliberately. Just a few breaths can work wonders and reduce stress.

🌸 Tip: Get out into nature, even a short walk will help clear your head. Or try progressive muscle relaxation: tense one muscle at a time, then consciously let go - this calms your body and mind.
